Pay and release
Online payment can auto-release; pay-at-counter waits for a staff confirmation so paper cannot be abused remotely.
The local bridge
The Windows agent is what makes Spoolvia a printing system—not an upload form.
Each approved shop pairs its Windows computer once. The agent reports printer capabilities, receives only paid or staff-released jobs, downloads a short-lived private PDF, and sends validated settings to the selected Windows printer queue.
